Is the Dirt Devil Endura Lite good for pet hair?

It has strong suction and an 11-inch path that handles surface pet hair on carpet and hard floors. There is no dedicated pet tool, and hair wraps around the brush roll, so you will need to cut it off periodically.

How does it compare with a cordless stick vacuum?

The Endura Lite has more sustained suction and no battery to recharge, at the cost of a 20 ft cord and about 9 lbs. A cordless stick is easier for quick pickups but usually costs more and runs 20 to 40 minutes per charge.

Does it work on hard floors?

Yes, it is rated for hard floors and carpet. On bare floors the brush roll can scatter light debris, so a lower height setting helps.

What comes in the box?

The vacuum, an above-floor hose, and a crevice tool. There is no dusting brush or pet tool included.

How often should I clean the filter?

Rinse the washable filter every few weeks, or sooner if suction drops, and let it dry fully before reinstalling. A clogged or damp filter is the usual cause of weak suction.

The best new price seen is $58.99 at eBay as of November 6, 2026. Uprights like this typically dip during Black Friday and back-to-school sales.
