Are these wraps worth it over a slip-on elbow sleeve?

Yes if you press heavy and want adjustable, tight compression. Wraps give more support than a sleeve but take longer to put on and are less comfortable for all-day wear.

How tight should I wrap them?

Tight enough to feel firm support without cutting circulation. Start looser and tighten across sets; loosen or remove them between lifts.

Will one size fit me?

They come in one size, 3 inches wide and 36 inches long. That length covers most arms with several passes, but very large arms may get fewer wraps.

How do I care for them?

Hand wash in cold water and air dry to protect the elastic and Velcro. Avoid machine drying, which degrades stretch.
