Are these worth it over a basic elbow sleeve?

If you want tight, adjustable compression for heavy pressing, yes. A sleeve gives mild all-day support; these wraps let you dial tension up for a set and loosen between sets.

Should I get the 40-inch or the 60-inch length?

The 60-inch gives more turns and a tighter wrap, which suits heavier pressing. The 40-inch is easier to handle and enough for lighter support.

How tight should I wrap my elbows?

Snug enough to feel firm support, never numb or tingling. Wrap just before a heavy set and unwrap after it so circulation returns.

One pair of elbow wraps, one for each arm. Nothing else is included.
