Questions and answers

Is the Dr.Prepare 1500W heater worth it?
At $25.99 at Dr.Prepare as of November 5, 2026, it is a cheap way to heat one small room. Expect spot heat, not whole-home heating.
How much electricity does a 1,500W heater use?
At full power it draws about 1,500 watts, or roughly 1.5 kWh per hour. Running it on high for several hours a day adds up on your bill.
Can I plug it into a normal outlet?
Yes, it uses a standard 120V outlet, but at 1,500W it pulls about 12.5 amps. Avoid sharing that circuit with a microwave or another heater.
Does it have a thermostat?
Yes. The built-in thermostat lets you set a target temperature and the heater cycles on and off to hold it.
What size room will it heat?
It suits small spaces such as a bedroom, office or bathroom. It will not keep a large open living area warm in cold weather.
When is the best time to buy it?
Small heaters usually drop in price outside the winter peak. The current best new price is $25.99 at Dr.Prepare as of November 5, 2026.
Where is the Dr.Prepare 1500W Small Space Heater for Indoor Use cheapest?
At Dr.Prepare, for $25.99, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the Dr.Prepare 1500W Small Space Heater for Indoor Use?
