Our take on the Dynasty Mattress CoolBreeze Gel Memory Foam RV Mattress

The Dynasty Mattress CoolBreeze is a medium-firm gel memory foam mattress built for RVs, with a 58 x 72 inch queen sofa size that fits most camper and motorhome bunks. It ships compressed in a box and includes a removable, machine-washable cool silk cover. The gel infusion is meant to pull heat away from the body, and the foam core is CertiPUR-US certified. At $449.99 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is the only new price we track, so there is no recent range to compare it against.

Questions and answers

Is the CoolBreeze worth it for an RV?
If you want a medium-firm foam mattress in a true RV size with a washable cover, it is a reasonable pick at $449.99 at eBay as of November 4, 2026. Check that 58 x 72 inches matches your bunk before buying.
Does it sleep cool?
The gel infusion is designed to reduce heat buildup, and most owners find it acceptable. Memory foam still traps some warmth, so hot sleepers may want a breathable topper.
What size is the queen sofa model?
It measures 58 inches wide by 72 inches long, which is shorter and narrower than a standard home queen. Measure your RV platform first.
Does it come with a foundation or box spring?
No. The mattress is designed for an adjustable base or a flat, supportive RV platform, which you supply.
Can I wash the cover?
Yes. The cool silk-blend cover zips off and is machine washable on a cool setting.
When is it cheapest?
We only track one new price, $449.99 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, so there is no seasonal pattern to point to. Compare both stores before buying.
