Our take on the Egohome Sleep 14 inch Hybrid Mattress in a Box

The Egohome Sleep 14-inch Hybrid is a mattress-in-a-box that pairs an innerspring core with a Eurotop comfort layer, so it has more bounce and edge support than an all-foam bed. It comes in Twin through California King and is rated for adjustable bed frames. At $239 for a Queen at Walmart as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the low end of what a 14-inch hybrid usually costs.
