Our take on the eleganttime Amber Glass Mason Jars 32 oz Wide Mouth with Airtight Lids and Bands 6 Pack Large Glass Canning Mason Jars with Lids Quart Wide Mason Jars

A six-pack of 32 oz wide-mouth amber glass jars with airtight lids and bands, sized for quart batches of canning, fermenting, and dry storage. The amber glass blocks light, which suits herbs, spices, and pantry goods that fade in clear jars. Wide mouths make filling and cleaning easier than narrow-mouth jars. The set is a bulk buy, so it fits shoppers who want several matching jars at once rather than a single piece.

Questions and answers

Are these jars safe for canning in a water bath?
They are sold as canning jars with airtight lids and bands, so they suit water-bath canning of high-acid foods like jam and jelly. Follow standard processing times for quart jars.
Can I put them in the dishwasher?
The listing says hand wash only, though it also lists dishwasher safe. Hand washing is the safer choice to protect the glass and lids.
Are they microwave safe?
Yes, the glass is listed as microwave safe. Remove the metal lids and bands first.
Do the lids seal properly for fermenting?
The lids are airtight and leak resistant, which works for storage. For active fermentation you may want to burp the jars or use airlock lids.
What is included in the set?
Six 32 oz wide-mouth jars with lids and bands. No extra accessories are listed.
