Is the Bilibo worth $32.95?

At $32.95 at Target as of November 4, 2026, it is near the low end of its recent range. It is a plain plastic shell, so the value comes from how much your child uses it, not from features.

What age is the Bilibo for?

Moluk and Fat Brain Toys list it for ages 2 to 3, and it suits toddlers who are steady on their feet. Older kids can still sit and spin in it, but most lose interest by 4 or 5.

Is it safe for a 2-year-old?

It is a rigid shell with no small parts, so there is nothing to choke on. The rim is hard, so supervise spinning and rocking, especially on hard floors.

Can it be used outdoors?

Yes. The high-density polyethylene is weather-proof and shock-resistant, so it works in sand, grass and water. Rinse it off and let it dry before indoor use.

One Bilibo shell. No accessories, batteries or instructions are included, and it comes in blue, baby pink, beige, green and ice blue.

When is the Bilibo cheapest?

It rarely gets deep discounts because it is a single molded piece. Watch for holiday sales and compare the 5 stores that carry it new rather than waiting for a big markdown.
