Our take on the FED Fitness Home Gym Station Multifunctional Full Body Workout Equipment

The FED Fitness Home Gym Station is a multi-station cable machine built around a 150 lb weight stack, with over 35 listed exercises including chest press, lat pulldown, low row, leg press and leg extension. It uses commercial-grade alloy steel and an H-shaped base rated to 350 lb, and its 75 x 51 x 81 in footprint is sized for a garage or basement rather than a full commercial floor. At $559.99 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, it is the lowest new price among the two stores listing it.

Best forHome lifters who want one machine for cable and leg workGarage or basement gyms with about 6 x 4 ft of floor spaceBuyers who prefer a weight stack over plate-loaded or band resistanceHouseholds where several people train at different levels
Pros
  • 150 lb weight stack covers a wide range of cable exercises
  • 35+ listed functions, including leg press, preacher curl and low row
  • Steel stack and shaft pulleys run quieter than plate-loaded stacks
  • Adjustable seat, 5-position butterfly arms and leg extension pedals
  • H-shaped base with non-slip pads protects floors and adds stability
  • Leg extension and preacher curl parts can be removed or stored
Cons
  • 150 lb stack is light for strong lifters on lat pulldown and rows
  • 81 in tall and 51 in wide, so it needs real ceiling and floor space
  • Assembly is a project; instructions and a video are included but expect hours
  • Body-weight resistance method listed, yet the machine relies on a stack, which can confuse buyers
  • No plate upgrade path mentioned for the stack

How much weight does the stack actually provide?
The stack is 150 lb. That is enough for chest press, leg extension and most isolation work, but strong lifters will max out lat pulldowns and low rows quickly.
Will it fit in a garage or basement?
It measures about 75 x 51 x 81 in, so plan on roughly 6.5 x 4.5 ft of floor and over 7 ft of ceiling clearance. Leave extra room around the arms and leg extension.
What is included in the box?
You get the machine, the 150 lb weight stack, and detailed installation instructions with a step-by-step video. Tools are not listed, so check before assembly day.
Does it need to be bolted down?
