Questions and answers

Is this grinder worth it over a blade grinder?
Yes, if you brew drip or pour-over. Burrs give a more even grind than blades, and at $38.69 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, the price gap is small.
Can it grind fine enough for espresso?
It has fine settings, but a single-speed budget burr grinder usually struggles to give the consistency espresso needs. It suits drip and pour-over better.
Does it have a timer?
No. You grind by holding the button and judging the time yourself, so expect some trial and error at first.
How big is it on the counter?
About 9.8 inches deep, 4.7 wide and 7.1 tall. It is one of the smaller electric burr grinders.
Are the parts dishwasher safe?
No. The maker lists the grinder as easy to clean but not dishwasher safe, so wipe and brush the burrs by hand.
When is the best time to buy?
It is already a low-priced burr grinder at $38.69 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026. Watch for holiday sales, when small appliances often drop further.
