Questions and answers

Is this a mattress or a topper?

It is a futon pad, not a sprung mattress. It is designed to lie on the floor or on a futon frame and provides padding rather than support structure.

How thick is it, and which thickness should I pick?

It comes in 3-inch and 4.3-inch versions. The 4.3-inch pad gives more cushioning for side sleepers and longer use; the 3-inch is lighter and easier to fold and store.

Will the Full size fit a standard Full bed?

The pad is 54 inches wide and 80 inches long, which matches a standard Full mattress footprint. It will also cover a Twin bed with overhang.

Is $79.99 a good price?

Only one store lists it new at $79.99 as of November 7, 2026, so there is no recent price history to compare. For a futon pad of this size, that is a low price.

Can I use it on a futon frame?

Yes. It is sized to work as a futon pad on a frame, and the 80-inch length fits standard futon frames.

Where is the GARVEE Japanese Style Futon Mattress Floral cheapest?
