Can the Govee 100ft lights be cut to fit my roof?

No. Govee says the string cannot be cut, so plan the run before mounting. Extra length has to be looped or hidden.

Govee recommends a total length no longer than 147.6ft (45m) after adding extensions. Going past that risks the power supply.

Do these work with Apple HomeKit and Alexa?

Yes. They support Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit and IFTTT, plus voice control through Alexa and Google Assistant.

How bright is each light?

Each of the 72 lights is 26 lumens. Govee says the wall wash reaches more than 16 inches down when mounted 2 to 4 inches from the wall.

Is the control box waterproof?

The lights are IP67, but the control box and adapter are IP65. Mount them where they get some shelter from direct rain.
