Is this throw big enough for two people?

At 50 x 60 inches it fits one adult from lap to chest. Two people sharing it on a sofa will find it tight.

Can I leave it on overnight?

It shuts off automatically after 2 hours. For all-night warmth you would need to turn it back on.

It is machine washable. Detach the cord and controller first, then follow the care label; do not wring or tumble dry on high heat.

Does it need a special outlet?

No. It runs on a standard US outlet, and the 6-foot cord gives some reach from the socket to the sofa.
