Questions and answers

Is the Embody worth the price?
If you sit most of the day and want strong back support with a long warranty, many owners say yes. If you sit only a few hours a day, cheaper ergonomic chairs cover most of the benefit.
How does it compare to the Aeron?
The Aeron uses a mesh seat and comes in three sizes; the Embody has a padded breathable seat and a flexible back that moves with you. The Embody suits people who shift posture a lot; the Aeron suits those who prefer full mesh.
What seat height does it fit?

How long does assembly take?
Under 10 minutes from delivery to sitting in it, per the specs. The chair arrives mostly assembled.
