The Hisense QD4 is a 40-inch 1080p smart TV using quantum-dot (QLED) color and a full-array LED backlight, running the VIDAA platform with Alexa voice control. It keeps the feature set modest: 60 Hz refresh, two HDMI ports, and HDR support on a panel that tops out at Full HD. At $199.99 at Macy's as of November 3, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, with five stores pricing it new.

The 4.7 out of 5 from 135 ratings points to a well-liked budget set, with buyers mostly pleased by picture and price for a secondary room. Complaints tend to center on the 1080p resolution and the small port count.
