Is the RTX 5060 enough for 1440p gaming?

It is best suited to 1080p at high settings. At 1440p you will need to lower settings or lean on DLSS in demanding titles.

Can I upgrade the CPU later?

Only within AMD's AM4 socket. The Ryzen 7 5700X is near the top of that platform, so meaningful CPU upgrades are limited.

Is 16 GB of RAM enough, or should I get 32 GB?

16 GB covers most games today. Choose 32 GB if you stream, edit video, or keep many browser tabs open while gaming.

Is $1,379.99 a good price for this configuration?

It is on the high side for a Ryzen 7 5700X and RTX 5060 build. Check comparable prebuilts before buying, since only one store lists a new price as of November 4, 2026.

What comes in the box?

Expect the desktop itself with Windows installed. A monitor, keyboard, and mouse are not listed, so plan to supply your own.

Our take on the Hoengager Gaming PC (AMD Ryzen 7 5700X, RTX 5060)

A prebuilt gaming desktop pairing an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 5700X with an Nvidia RTX 5060 graphics card, 16 or 32 GB of RAM, and 1 to 3 TB of SSD storage, in black, white, or pink. The 5700X is a solid mid-range CPU on the older AM4 platform, while the RTX 5060 covers 1080p gaming at high settings and light 1440p. The only new price found is $1,379.99 at Newegg.com as of November 4, 2026, which is high for this class of hardware; comparable prebuilts with the same GPU often sell for less.

No monitor, keyboard, or mouse mentioned in the listing
Power supply and motherboard model are not specified
