Is a 110-inch sofa too big for my room?

It needs roughly a 9-foot wall plus clearance to walk around it. The 41-inch depth also means it projects well into the room. Measure your space and doorways before ordering.

Is the seat height comfortable?

At 20 inches it sits lower than many sofas, which suits lounging. Taller users and anyone with knee issues may find it hard to get up from.

Can the modules be separated?

Yes. The modular design lets you split the pieces into a smaller sofa or chaise arrangement, which helps in awkward rooms and when moving.

How do I care for the leather?

Dust regularly and condition the leather a few times a year. Keep it out of direct sun and wipe spills promptly to avoid staining.

Does it come assembled?

Modular leather sofas of this size usually arrive in sections that need the modules joined and legs attached. Confirm delivery and assembly terms with the seller.

Our take on the Hokku Designs Black Genuine Leather Modular Sofa

The Hokku Designs Black Genuine Leather Modular Sofa is a large sectional built from leather over a wood frame, with flared arms and a low 20-inch seat height. At 110 inches long and 41 inches deep, it is sized for big living rooms and open-plan spaces rather than apartments. The modular build lets you rearrange or split the pieces. It is a niche brand, so availability and pricing vary by retailer.
