Is a memory foam sleeper better than an innerspring one?

Memory foam conforms to the body and avoids the bar-in-the-back feel of thin innerspring sleeper mattresses. It also tends to sleep warmer and can feel softer than a firm innerspring.

How much floor space does the Empire need when the bed is out?

The sofa is 80 inches long, and a queen mattress adds roughly 60 by 80 inches of floor when pulled out. Leave clear space in front of the sofa for the mattress to extend.

Does the mattress come with the sofa?

The queen memory foam sleeper mattress is part of the sleeper sofa. Confirm with HOM Furniture that the mattress is included in the price you are quoted.

How do I clean the brown fabric?

Vacuum the fabric regularly and blot spills right away with a mild cleaner. Check HOM Furniture's care guidance for the specific upholstery before using any strong product.

When is the best time to buy a sleeper sofa?

Sleeper sofas usually drop during holiday sales and store clearance events. Track the Empire's price history on Deal.ai and buy when it falls below its recent range.

Our take on the HOM Furniture Empire Queen Sleeper Sofa, Brown

The Empire is a fabric-upholstered sofa with a pull-out queen memory foam sleeper and a wood frame, sold by HOM Furniture in brown. It measures 80 inches long, so it needs a roomy wall or a corner spot. The queen memory foam mattress is the standout: most sleeper sofas at this level use thin innerspring mattresses. No current price was provided, so compare it against HOM's other queen sleepers before you commit.
