Is 10x25 a good size for hunting?

It is fine for open country and daylight scouting, where the 10x reach helps. In thick timber or at first and last light, a 42mm or 50mm objective will show much more detail.

How does the digital night vision compare with a dedicated night-vision device?

Digital night vision amplifies a camera image, so expect a grainy, greenish view at longer distances. A true image-intensifier tube or thermal unit costs far more but performs better in near darkness.

Does it work in daylight?

Yes. It works as a normal 10x binocular in daylight, and the night-vision mode is for low light. Do not point it at the sun or other bright sources.

What battery does it take, and is it included?

The listing says the battery is required and installed, so it should arrive ready to use. Check the battery type before a trip so you can carry a spare.

Will it fit my eyes and glasses?

Eye width adjusts from 55mm to 75mm, which covers most adults. The listing does not state eye relief, so try it before relying on it with glasses.

When is the best time to buy?

No current price was available to compare with its recent range. Hunting optics usually see discounts around fall hunting season and Black Friday.

Our take on the HOM Night Vision Binoculars Digital Hunting Binoculars

The HOM Night Vision Binoculars are 10x roof-prism binoculars with a 25mm objective lens and a digital night-vision mode, sold as a general-purpose hunting and low-light pair. The narrow 25mm objectives keep them compact and light, but they gather little light compared with 42mm or 50mm hunting binoculars. Eye width adjusts from 55mm to 75mm and focus is manual, with multicoated lenses and a 1000-foot field of view. No current price was available to compare against its recent range.
