Our take on the HOM Dog Bark Collar

The HOM Dog Bark Collar is a vibration-based training tool designed to discourage barking without the use of static shock. It features a clip-in clasp and fits a wide range of neck sizes from 11.8 to 27.5 inches. While it claims an effective range of 4000 feet, user feedback suggests significant reliability issues.
