Questions and answers

Is a 12V ride-on car too fast for a toddler?

A 12V car is faster than a 6V one, so it suits kids around 3 and up. The parent remote lets you cap the speed and stop it while your child learns.

How long does the battery last per charge?

Hongge does not publish a run time for this model. Expect roughly 1 to 2 hours of riding on a full charge, typical for 12V cars, and a charge of several hours.

What age and weight is it for?

It is aimed at roughly ages 3 to 6. Hongge does not list a weight limit here, so check the seat and manual before letting an older child ride.

Does the remote control come with the car?

Yes. The remote is part of this model, so an adult can steer, speed up and stop the car from a distance.

Is $167.99 a good price?

It is the only new price we have, $167.99 at Macy's as of November 7, 2026. Without other stores to compare, judge it against similar 12V remote-control cars, which often run $150 to $300.

Where is the Hongge 12V Electric Ride-On Car with Remote Control cheapest?
