Is the Hot Wheels RC Ferrari SF90 worth it?

At $15.39 it is a cheap way to get a licensed Ferrari RC car that also runs on Hot Wheels tracks. Expect toy-grade speed and build, not hobby-grade performance.

How fast is it and how far does it reach?

Hot Wheels does not publish a top speed for this car. The 2.4 GHz radio is rated for about 80 ft of range, and the turbo booster gives a short burst of extra speed.

What batteries does it take?

It runs on AAA batteries, and batteries are included in the box. Rechargeables will save money if it gets heavy use.

Does it work on Hot Wheels tracks?

Yes. It is listed for use on Hot Wheels tracks and off them, and the included booster is for loops.

Why does the listing say 17 years and up?

That age rating is unusually high for a toy car of this size and is likely a listing error. Check the packaging age range before buying for a young child.

When is the price lowest?

The current $15.39 at Amazon is already near the bottom of its recent range. Toy RC cars like this typically drop further around Black Friday and the December holidays.
