Questions and answers

Is the WPL C241 worth it for a beginner?
Yes, if you want a cheap entry into hobby RC. It is ready to run with a controller included, and 4WD plus oil-style shocks make it more capable than toy-grade trucks at this price.
Does it come assembled and ready to run?
Listings describe it as ready to go with the controller included, but the spec sheet also lists DIY assembly. Expect to fit the battery and possibly minor parts before the first run.
How fast is the WPL C241?
It uses a brushed motor, so top speed is modest, roughly walking-to-jogging pace. That suits crawling and tight tracks more than open-field racing.
What battery does it use?
It typically runs on a small 2S Li-ion or NiMH pack in the 7.4V range. Check the listing for the included battery and charger, since bundles vary by seller.
Can it drive on grass and gravel?
Short grass and packed gravel are fine. Tall grass, deep mud and large rocks will stall a 1:16 truck with a brushed motor.
When is the WPL C241 cheapest?
The best new price was $74.99 at eBay as of November 4, 2026. RC trucks usually dip during holiday sales and clearances, so compare the three new listings before buying.
Where is the WPL C241 1:16 4x4 cheapest?
At eBay, for $74.99, 25% under what the other stores charge, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the WPL C241 1:16 4x4?
3 stores we checked sell it, including eBay, Gametoyfriend, gametoystudio.com.
