Is the HP Victus 15 good for gaming?

It handles 1080p esports and older games well. Newer AAA titles will need lower settings, and 8 GB of RAM limits some of them.

Can I upgrade the RAM and storage?

Yes. The Victus 15 has accessible memory slots and an M.2 SSD slot, so adding RAM and a second drive is a common first upgrade.

Expect a few hours of light use and much less while gaming. Plan on keeping the charger nearby for play sessions.

This configuration ships with a backlit keyboard, useful for dim rooms.
