Is the Husqvarna Z560X worth it?

For large properties or light commercial work, the 60-inch deck, 31 hp Kawasaki and ZT-5400 transmissions justify the price. For a lawn under an acre, a smaller residential zero-turn costs far less and cuts just as well.

How does it compare with the Z540X or other Husqvarna zero-turns?

The Z560X steps up to a 60-inch deck, 31 hp and heavier Hydro-Gear ZT-5400 transmissions versus smaller models. That suits bigger acreage and faster mowing, but it is larger and more expensive to buy and maintain.

How fast is it and how big a lawn can it handle?

It runs up to 12 mph forward and 5 mph in reverse, with a 12-gallon tank. That combination handles several acres per session with few refueling stops.

What is included with the mower?

The listing bundles the Z560X mower with a Husqvarna 522L string trimmer. Check the listing for the exact trimmer configuration and any additional attachments.

When is the best time to buy it?

Zero-turn prices usually soften in late fall and winter, outside the spring mowing season. The current $7,299 at Mowers Direct as of November 3 is at the top of its recent range, so waiting for an off-season promotion may save money.
