Is the combo worth it over buying one bike?

If two people will ride, yes. You get two folding fat-tire e-bikes for close to what one comparable bike costs. If only one person rides, buy a single EB7 instead.

How far can it go on a charge?

Expect roughly 20 to 30 miles per bike in real use with pedal assist, less on throttle only. Cold weather and hills cut that further.

How big is it when folded?

Each bike folds to roughly 40 by 20 by 30 inches. It fits in most SUV trunks and closets, but it is heavy enough that two people should lift it.

What comes in the box?

Both bikes arrive mostly assembled, with chargers, pedals and basic tools. You still need to attach the front wheel, handlebars and seat and check the brakes.

Is it good for a short rider?

The EB7 ST step-through frame suits shorter riders better than the standard EB7. Check the standover height before buying if you are under about 5 feet 3 inches.

When is the price lowest?

Combo pricing tends to dip during spring sales and Black Friday. Watch the price history for a drop below the recent range before buying.

Our take on the Jasion EB7 2.0 + EB7 ST Electric Bike Combo

The Jasion EB7 2.0 + EB7 ST combo pairs two folding electric bikes: the EB7 2.0 and the step-through EB7 ST. Both use 4-inch fat tires and full suspension, which is unusual at this price level and helps on gravel, grass and rough pavement. Each bike has a 500W motor and a removable battery, and both fold for storage in a car trunk or closet. The combo is aimed at households buying two bikes at once, and its price has stayed in a fairly narrow band recently.
