No. This is the PVC flange kit with the 3" outlet. You still need a KERDI-DRAIN grate assembly in your chosen design and finish, plus the KERDI membrane and seals for the shower.

Yes. The drain accommodates tile from 1/4" to 1-1/4" thick, so 1/2" tile is well within range.
