Our take on the Kizreo Firm Gel Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress in a Box

The Kizreo is a 14-inch hybrid mattress in a box that pairs gel memory foam with an innerspring base and a Eurotop cover. The gel foam is meant to pull heat away and the springs add bounce and edge support that all-foam beds lack. The Full size measures 76 by 80 inches, which is wider than a standard Full, so check your frame. At $219 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of what a 14-inch hybrid usually costs.

Best forShoppers on a tight budget who want a hybrid feelBack and stomach sleepers who want a firmer surfaceGuest rooms and spare bedroomsPeople who want a bed shipped in a box
Pros
  • Gel-infused foam is designed to sleep cooler than plain memory foam
  • Spring layer adds bounce and easier movement than all-foam beds
  • 14-inch profile gives a substantial, hotel-style look
  • Eurotop cover adds a soft surface layer
  • Full size at $219 is cheap for a hybrid
Cons
  • Firm feel won't suit shoppers who want a plush, sink-in bed
  • 76-inch width is wider than a standard Full (54 inches), so standard Full frames and sheets may not fit
  • No trial period or warranty details are established for this brand
  • Budget hybrids often use thinner coils and foams that soften within a few years
  • Heavy 14-inch mattress is hard to move alone

Questions and answers

Is the Kizreo mattress worth it at $219?
At $219 for a Full-size 14-inch hybrid, it is one of the cheaper ways to get a spring-and-foam bed. Expect budget-grade materials rather than a 10-year investment.
Is it good for side sleepers?
It is described as firm, and side sleepers usually need more cushioning at the shoulder and hip. Back and stomach sleepers are the better fit.
Will a standard Full frame and sheets fit?
Check the dimensions first. At 76 by 80 inches it is wider and longer than a standard Full, so a standard Full frame and sheets may be tight.
Does it sleep hot?
The gel-infused foam is designed to reduce heat buildup, and the spring layer allows more airflow than solid foam. It is still a memory foam bed, so hot sleepers should weigh that.
What comes in the box?
It ships compressed and rolled in a box. You unroll it on the frame and give it time to expand to its full 14-inch height.
When is the price lowest?
The best new price is $219 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, with two stores listing it new. Mattress prices often drop around major sales events.
Where is the Kizreo Firm Gel Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress in a Box cheapest?
At Walmart, for $219.00, as of our latest check.
