Is the Ktaxon fluted TV stand worth it?

At $124.88 it is a cheap way to get a fluted, closed-storage console. Expect MDF, not solid walnut, and budget an evening for assembly.

Will it fit a 65-inch TV?

Yes. It is rated for screens up to 65 inches and 220 lb, and the 58-inch top gives a 65-inch TV a small margin on each side.

Does it hold an AV receiver?

Check depth first. The stand is only 15.8 inches deep, and many receivers are deeper than that once cables are plugged in.

How long does assembly take?

Plan for one to two hours with two people. The box weighs about 77 lb, and the doors and shelves need aligning.

Is it real walnut wood?

No. The doors are MDF with a light walnut finish; the walnut label refers to the look, not solid wood.

Walmart lists it at $124.88 as of November 3, 2026, and it is the only new price shown. Watch for seasonal furniture sales to beat that.
