Our take on the Ktaxon Modern Plush Oversized Accent Chair with Rubberwood Arms & Metal Frame, 35 in

The Ktaxon Modern Plush Oversized Accent Chair is a sling-style lounge chair with a black metal frame, round rubberwood arms and a thick plush seat in blue-green. It measures about 31.5 by 29.5 by 36.6 inches, with a 28-inch-wide seat and a 17-inch seat height. The 225 lb weight limit is low for an oversized chair, so check it against who will sit in it. Assembly is required.

Questions and answers

Is the Ktaxon accent chair comfortable for long sitting?
The plush seat and thick back suit lounging and reading. The sling frame gives some give, but it is not a deep recliner for all-day sitting.
What is the weight limit?
225 lb. That is on the low side for an oversized chair, so heavier sitters should look at sturdier options.
How big is the seat?
The seat is 28 inches wide and 22.1 inches deep, with a 17-inch seat height. That fits most adults with room to spare.
Does it come assembled?
No. Assembly is required, and the metal frame and arms need to be bolted together.
Where can I put it?
It is rated for indoor use in living rooms, bedrooms, offices and game rooms. Wipe the upholstery clean with a damp cloth.
Is it good for a small apartment?
It is about 31.5 inches wide and 29.5 inches deep, so it needs a real corner. It works as a single accent chair, not a space-saving folding seat.
