Is the La-Z-Boy Redwood worth it at $1,069.95?

It is a fair price for a 400 lb rated La-Z-Boy rocker recliner. With only one new listing at $1,069.95 on eBay as of November 4, 2026, there is no cheaper new option to compare against.

How does it differ from a power recliner?

The Redwood reclines with a manual side handle instead of a motor. That means no power cord, no remote and fewer parts to break, but you have to push the handle yourself.

Will it fit a tall or heavy person?

The 400 lb weight capacity covers most users, and the 24-inch seat is roomy. Check the overall depth and height against your room, since rocker recliners need clearance to fully recline.

What is included with the chair?

You get the recliner itself, assembled or in a few pieces depending on the seller. No power supply or accessories are needed because the mechanism is manual.

When is the best time to buy it?

Watch for holiday furniture sales and eBay coupons. With a single new listing, the price is unlikely to move much, so a discount code is your best lever.

Our take on the La-Z-Boy Redwood Manual Rocker Recliner

The La-Z-Boy Redwood is a manual rocker recliner with a 400 lb weight capacity and a 24-inch seat, built in a transitional style with medium wood trim. It rocks and reclines with a side handle rather than a motor, so there is no power cord or remote to deal with. The best new price is $1,069.95 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no meaningful price range to compare against.
