Questions and answers

Is the Lark Manor Aness sectional worth $3,259.99?
For a top-grain leather sectional this size, that is a mid-range price. You are paying mostly for the leather and the large modular layout, not for extras like a sleeper or storage.
Will it fit in my living room?
It needs roughly 170.5 inches of width and 115.5 inches of depth, so measure the room and the delivery path first. It suits large rooms better than apartments.
Is the leather real?
Yes. The listing specifies top-grain genuine leather, with a polyester blend used elsewhere on the piece.
Can the pieces be rearranged?
Yes. The modular design lets you reorder the sections and move the ottoman, which helps in open-plan rooms.
What is the seat height and depth?
The seat is 19 inches high and 21 inches deep, with a 37-inch overall back height. The depth is shallower than many deep lounge sofas.
When is it cheapest?
Only Wayfair lists it new at $3,259.99 as of November 3, 2026, so watch that listing for markdowns around major sale events.
Where is the Lark Manor Aness Modular Corner Sectional with Ottoman cheapest?
