Our take on the Loloi Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines Wimberly WYM-07 Area Rug, Ink Bone

The Wimberly WYM-07 is a hand-tufted 100% polyester rug from Loloi's Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines line, in an ink-and-bone traditional Oriental pattern. It measures 2'3" by 7'6" — a runner size — with a low 0.125-inch pile and no backing. At $65.40 at Wayfair as of November 4, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against.

Pros
  • Low 0.125-inch pile fits under doors and chairs

  • Ink and bone palette works with many color schemes
  • Polyester resists fading and is easy to spot clean
Cons
  • Spot clean only — no machine washing or deep soak
  • No backing, so a rug pad is needed for grip and durability
  • Polyester pile can crush and mat in heavy traffic

Questions and answers

Is the Wimberly rug worth it?
For a 2'3" by 7'6" runner, $65.40 at Wayfair as of November 4, 2026 is a low entry price for hand-tufted construction. Buy it for the pattern and low pile, not for plush comfort.
Does it need a rug pad?
Yes. It has no backing, so a pad keeps it from sliding and adds cushioning. Loloi notes a pad also improves durability.
Can I wash it?
No. It is spot clean only. Blot spills with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and avoid soaking the polyester pile.
What sizes does it come in?
This listing is the 2'3" by 7'6" runner. The Wimberly pattern is also sold in other sizes, but check each listing, since prices differ by size.
Is it good for a hallway with pets?
The low pile and polyester fiber handle light traffic well, but the light bone tones show dirt and stains. Spot clean promptly.
