Our take on the Merax 5-Piece Expandable ABS Luggage Set with Duffel Bag

The Merax 5-Piece Expandable ABS Luggage Set is a budget travel bundle: four hard-shell spinner suitcases plus a matching duffel bag, in six colorways. The ABS shells keep weight and cost down, and the cases expand for extra packing room. At $140.77 at Home Depot as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, so the price is a good one for a set this size.

Cons

ABS is less impact-resistant than polycarbonate or aluminum
Hard shells have little give when overpacked
Wheels and handles are basic on budget sets
Duffel bag is a simple add-on, not a full travel bag
