Is the Miele PFD 104 SCVi XXL worth it over a home dishwasher?

Only if you need a certified sanitizing rinse and run many loads a day. For ordinary household use, a consumer Miele costs a fraction of $5,305.00 and cleans well.

What electrical setup does it need?

It runs on 120 V at 30 A, so it needs a dedicated 30 A circuit. Most kitchens have a 15 or 20 A dishwasher circuit, so check with an electrician before buying.

How does it compare with the previous PFD 104 generation?

This SCVi XXL version adds network connectivity with Miele MOVE and the Knock2open opening system. Wash performance and the SaniWash cycle carry over.

Will it fit my kitchen cabinets?

It is 59.8 cm wide and 84.5 cm tall, and the XXL height is taller than many standard undercounter openings. Measure your cabinet niche and account for the 27 3/16 in gross depth before ordering.

What is included in the box?

The dishwasher, inlet and drain hoses, and installation documentation are standard. Check the listing for any rack or cutlery inserts, since professional models are often configured to order.

When is the price lowest?

Professional appliance pricing moves less than consumer pricing. The best new price was $5,305.00 at slymanbros.com as of November 5, 2026, so compare all three stores and ask about trade or bulk pricing.
