Our take on the Mlily Ego 10" RV Mattress Short King

The Mlily Ego is a 10-inch memory foam mattress built for RVs, sized 72 by 80 inches to fit short king bunks and slide-outs. Its open-cell foam design is meant to keep air moving so the bed sleeps cooler than a standard foam block. At $296 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of what a short king RV mattress costs, and only one store currently lists it new.

Pros
  • Short king 72-by-80-inch size fits many RV platforms

  • Open-cell design is built for airflow and heat transfer
  • CertiPUR-US certified foam
  • $296 is a low price for a short king mattress
Cons
  • Only one store lists it new, so price competition is limited
  • No firmness options or hybrid coil version
  • Foam mattresses can sag sooner in hot, unventilated RVs
  • Weight capacity listed as 1 lb is not a usable spec

Questions and answers

Is the Mlily Ego 10-inch RV mattress worth it?
At $296 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is a low-cost way to upgrade an RV short king bed. It suits budget-focused RV owners more than buyers who want a premium hybrid mattress.
Will it fit my RV's short king bed?
It measures 72 inches wide by 80 inches long, the common short king RV size. Measure your platform and slide-out clearance before ordering, since 10 inches of height can matter in bunks.
Is it hot to sleep on?
Mlily uses an open-cell foam design intended to improve airflow and heat transfer. It should sleep cooler than a dense foam block, but it is still all foam with no coil layer.
What is included with the mattress?
It ships as a compressed foam mattress that expands after unboxing. Allow up to a day or two for it to reach full 10-inch height.
When is the price lowest?
Only one store lists it new, so discounts are rare. Watch for Walmart rollbacks around holidays and RV season rather than expecting frequent price drops.
Where is the Mlily Ego 10" RV Mattress Short King cheapest?
At Walmart, for $296.00, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Mlily Ego 10" RV Mattress Short King?
Rated 4.4 out of 5 from 103 ratings.
