- Will it hold a 10-foot artificial tree?
- The listing rates it for trees up to 10 feet, but weight matters more than height. A heavy 10-foot tree with a wide base is near the limit for a stand at this price.
- Does it work with a real tree?
- No. It has no water reservoir, so it is meant for artificial trees only.
- How wide is the base?
- The stand spans 24 inches, which is wider than common 20-inch stands and gives more resistance to tipping.
- Does it fold for storage?
- Yes. The legs fold so the stand stores flat, which helps if you keep the box between seasons.
- Is $13.04 a good price?
- It is the lowest of the two new listings we track, which run about $13 to $20. That puts it at the bottom of its recent range.
- What is in the box?
- The stand itself with its folding legs and trunk clamp. Check the listing for the pole diameter it accepts before buying.
