Is $248 a good price for these jeans?

Only Amazon lists them new at $248 as of November 5, 2026, so there is no competing store price to beat. Mother's premium denim typically sits in the $200 to $260 range, so this is in line with the brand rather than a markdown.

What does petite mean in this pair?

The inseam is 29 inches, shorter than Mother's standard lengths, and the rise is 11 1/8 inches. That suits shoppers around 5'3" and under who want a full-length straight leg without hemming.

How does the cotton-lyocell fabric wear?

The 40% lyocell makes the denim softer and more fluid than all-cotton pairs, with some drape at the leg. Expect more wrinkling and a bit more stretch through the day than rigid denim.

What is the leg opening and how does it fit over shoes?

The 26-inch leg opening is a straight, slim cut. It sits cleanly over flats and low sneakers and can be cuffed once for ankle boots.

When is the best time to buy?

With one store listing them new, discounts depend on Amazon markdowns rather than store-to-store competition. Watch for seasonal denim sales in late fall and after the holidays.

Our take on the Mother Women's Petite Lil Lemon Twist Sneak Jeans

The Mother Lil Lemon Twist Sneak Jeans are a women's petite straight-leg jean with an 11 1/8-inch rise, a 29-inch inseam and a 26-inch leg opening. The 60% cotton, 40% lyocell blend gives them a soft, fluid hand and a little drape rather than a stiff denim feel. The zip fly and mid-high rise sit at the natural waist. The best new price is $248 at Amazon as of November 5, 2026, and only one store lists them new, so there is no lower price to compare against.
