Are the Mountain Warehouse Bank boots waterproof?

No. The upper is water-resistant, which handles light snow and slush, but it is not a sealed waterproof membrane. Standing water or long wet walks can get through.

The fleece lining traps warmth for cold winter days on pavement and slush. They are not rated for extreme cold or long periods standing still outdoors.

Do they run true to size?

They are listed in standard men's sizes from 7 to 14. With a fleece lining, some buyers size up to leave room for thicker socks.

Are they good for hiking?

No. They are walking boots for winter streets and snowy ground. The textile upper and soft lining give less support and durability than a proper hiking boot.

Is $59.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed as of November 8, 2026, at Mountain Warehouse, so there is no cheaper store to compare. For a fleece-lined snow boot, it is a low entry price.
