Our take on the MP Doors 36 in. x 80 in. 3/4 Oval-Lite Andaman Fiberglass Prehung Front Door

This is a 36 in. x 80 in. fiberglass entry door, factory-hung in a composite frame with a polyurethane foam core and a stained oak-grain finish. The 3/4 oval lite adds light to a traditional entry, and the unit comes right-hand inswing with compression weather stripping. At $815.10 at Arbor as of November 8, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range; only two stores list it new.

Best forHomeowners replacing a worn front entryTraditional-style homes wanting an oval-lite doorBuyers who want a prehung, ready-to-install unitEntries that need a foam core for insulation
Pros
  • Fiberglass skin resists dents, rot and moisture better than wood
  • Polyurethane foam core insulates and stiffens the slab
  • Factory prehung in a composite frame speeds installation
  • Stained oak-grain finish looks like real wood
  • Compression weather stripping included
  • Right-hand inswing fits standard 36 x 80 openings
Cons
  • Handle set is required but not included
  • Fixed right-hand inswing limits layout options
  • Oval lite reduces privacy and adds glass to clean
  • Prehung unit is heavy and needs two people to set
  • Only two stores carry it new, so price checks are limited
