Our take on the NordicTrack AirGlide 7i Elliptical

The NordicTrack AirGlide 7i is a front-drive elliptical with an adjustable stride, power incline and a built-in touchscreen for on-demand and live classes. It sits in NordicTrack's mid-range, above basic fixed-stride machines and below the commercial-style models. The best new price is $1,299 at Ultimate Fitness Outlet as of November 8, 2026, with four stores listing it new. That price is at the low end of what this model has sold for recently, so it is a reasonable time to buy.

Questions and answers

Is the NordicTrack AirGlide 7i worth it at $1,299?
At $1,299 at Ultimate Fitness Outlet as of November 8, 2026, it is priced at the low end of its recent range. You get an adjustable stride, incline and a touchscreen for that money, which is competitive for a mid-range elliptical.
Do I need an iFit subscription to use it?
No. You can pedal manually without a membership. The touchscreen's live and on-demand classes need a paid iFit plan, so budget for that if classes are the draw.
How much space does it take up?
It is a front-drive elliptical, so the footprint is fairly compact for the category, but it is still a large, heavy machine. Measure your room and check the assembled dimensions before ordering.
Can different people in the house use it?
Yes. The adjustable stride and power incline let shorter and taller users set a comfortable path, and the heart rate monitor helps each person train in their own zone.
How hard is assembly?
Plan on a few hours. Owners say it is a two-person job because of the heavy frame and flywheel, and some pay for professional assembly instead.
When is it cheapest?
NordicTrack equipment tends to drop around major sales events and when a model is being replaced. Watch the price history and buy when it sits near the low end, as it does now.
Where is the NordicTrack AirGlide 7i Elliptical cheapest?
At Ultimate Fitness Outlet, for $1,299.00, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the NordicTrack AirGlide 7i Elliptical?
