Is the Novilla 8'' mattress good for side sleepers?

It leans firm, so side sleepers may feel pressure at the hips and shoulders. A mattress topper can soften it, but stomach and back sleepers are the better fit.

Does it work on an adjustable bed?

Yes. The all-foam build bends with adjustable bases, and the 8-inch profile keeps it low on the frame.

How long does it take to expand?

Most of the expansion happens within 24 hours, with full loft in about 72 hours. Sleeping on it sooner is fine but it will feel firmer.

What sizes and dimensions does it come in?

This listing is Full size at 54 inches wide and 75 inches long. Check the size label before ordering, since the same model comes in other sizes.

Is it worth it compared with a hybrid mattress?

At its price it is a low-cost way to get gel memory foam. A hybrid adds coils for more bounce and edge support but usually costs more.

Foam mattresses like this one tend to drop during holiday sales and back-to-school events. Its latest best price is already near the low end of its recent range.

Our take on the Novilla 8'' Gel Memory Foam Mattress

The Novilla 8'' Gel Memory Foam Mattress is a budget all-foam bed in a box, sold here in Full size (54 by 75 inches). The gel-infused memory foam top layer is meant to sleep cooler than plain memory foam, and the 8-inch profile suits platform beds, bunk beds and adjustable bases. It is a firm-leaning mattress aimed at back and stomach sleepers and at guest or kids' rooms. Its latest best price sits near the low end of its recent range, so it is a reasonable time to buy if the size and firmness fit.
