Questions and answers

Is magnesium glycinate better than magnesium oxide?
Glycinate is chelated and is generally better absorbed and gentler on the stomach than oxide, which is why many shoppers choose it. Oxide is cheaper but more likely to cause loose stools.
Why does this include BioPerine?
BioPerine is a black pepper extract that NOW adds to support absorption of the magnesium. It is not a standard part of most magnesium glycinate products.
How long does the two-pack last?
Each bottle has 60 capsules and the dose is 2 capsules once or twice daily. At 2 capsules a day, the two-pack lasts about 60 days; at 4 capsules a day, about 30 days.
Is it vegan?
Yes. The capsules are vegan and the formula has no artificial colors.
Is $23.65 a good price?
Only one store lists it new at $23.65 as of November 4, 2026, so there is no competing price to compare against. Check the price per serving against single bottles before buying the two-pack.
