What saws does this chain fit?

It fits Oregon SpeedCut bars needing 52 drive links, 3/8-inch low-profile pitch and .050-inch gauge, typically 16-inch bars on 38–55 cc saws. Check your bar's link count before buying.

Is this a low-kickback chain?

No. Oregon lists it as not low-kickback, so it is a better fit for experienced cutters than for beginners.

Our take on the Oregon SpeedCut 95TXL Chainsaw Chain

The Oregon SpeedCut 95TXL is a 52-drive-link replacement chain for 16-inch bars on 38–55 cc saws. Its narrow-kerf cutters and blued OCS-01 steel reduce friction and resist corrosion, so it cuts fast with less load on the engine. It is not a low-kickback chain, so it suits confident cutters rather than beginners. At $24.53 at RCPW as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range across the three stores that stock it.
