Questions and answers

Is this kennel big enough for a Labrador?
The interior is 42 x 27 x 30 inches, which fits most Labs and similar large breeds. Very tall or long dogs may need a 48-inch crate.
Does it come with a divider?
No. It is a single-compartment crate with no divider panel, so it is not ideal for house-training a puppy.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, the electro-coated finish and leak-proof tray suit covered outdoor use. Do not leave a dog in it in direct sun or extreme weather.
How much does it cost?
The best new price is $94.95 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, and two stores list it new.
Is it good for a dog that chews?
Probably not. Owners report bent wires and loose latches with strong chewers, so a heavier-duty crate is safer.
Where is the Petmaker 42-inch Dog Kennel with Front and Side Doors cheapest?
At Walmart, for $94.95, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Petmaker 42-inch Dog Kennel with Front and Side Doors?
