Questions and answers

Is $39 a good price for these lights?

It is the best new price among the two stores listing it, at eBay as of November 7, 2026. For 100 ft of addressable RGB+IC LEDs, that is cheap; comparable per-LED addressable strings usually cost more.

How many LEDs are there per foot?

60 LEDs across 100 ft works out to about one LED every 20 inches. That is sparse, so plan on a dotted look rather than a smooth wash of light.

Do they work with Alexa and Google Assistant?

Yes. The specs list both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant support, so you can change color and effects by voice once the controller is set up.

Can I cut or extend the strand?

Addressable strands like this usually have marked cut points and need a matching controller and power supply to extend. Check the controller's rated length before adding segments.

What is in the box?

Expect the 100 ft LED strand, a controller and power adapter, and mounting clips or adhesive pads. Confirm the clip count before installing on a long roofline.

Are they meant to stay up all year?

They are sold as permanent outdoor lights and are rated for outdoor use, so they can stay mounted. In heavy snow or ice, check that the power supply stays dry and sheltered.
