Our take on the Portable Fan Adjustable Cooling Clip On Fan Small USB Travel Fan

A small USB-powered fan that clips onto a desk edge, headboard or stroller bar and also stands on a flat surface. It runs five speeds and comes with a remote, which is unusual at this size. It is a generic, unbranded accessory, so build quality and battery life vary by seller. No current price was supplied, so check the live comparison before buying.

Questions and answers

Is a clip-on fan worth it over a regular desk fan?
Yes if you need airflow in a spot a standing fan cannot reach, such as a headboard or stroller. For cooling a whole room, a larger desk or pedestal fan moves far more air.
How long does the battery last?
No runtime is stated for this listing. Small fans of this type typically run a few hours on high and longer on low, so plan on USB power for all-night use.
Can it run while plugged into USB?
Yes. It is a USB fan, so it can run from a laptop, power bank or wall adapter while charging.
What comes in the box?
Typically the fan, a USB cable and the remote. Confirm the cable and remote are included with the specific seller before ordering.
When is it cheapest?
Generic USB fans like this drop in price during summer sales and back-to-school promotions. Compare across stores rather than buying at the first listing.
