Is the Puffy Serenity worth $1,099?

At $1,099 at Under the Covers Mattress as of November 4, 2026, it undercuts most bases that include massage, USB and lighting. If you only need head and foot elevation, a simpler base costs less.

Does it work with any mattress?

Puffy says it suits all mattress types, including foam, hybrid and innerspring. Flexible foam bends best around the hinge points; a very stiff mattress may resist the fold.

Can I use it inside my existing bed frame?

Yes. The legs come off so the base drops flat into a platform bed frame. Check that your frame's interior matches the 54 by 75 inch base.

What sizes does it come in?

The listed dimensions are 54 by 75 inches, which is a full. Confirm the size with the store before ordering if you need a queen or king.

The frame is 15 inches tall, and the legs adjust up to 11.5 inches, so you can set the bed height to match your nightstand.

Adjustable bases usually drop during holiday sales and mattress bundle promotions. The current $1,099 is the best new price across the three stores that list it.

Our take on the Puffy Serenity Adjustable Base

The Puffy Serenity is an adjustable bed base with motorized head and leg elevation, a zero-gravity preset, under-bed lighting, USB charging ports and massage modes. Its legs adjust up to 11.5 inches and can be removed so the base sits flat inside a platform bed frame. At $1,099 at Under the Covers Mattress as of November 4, 2026, it is the lowest new price among the three stores that carry it. That puts it in the middle of the adjustable-base market, below premium bases with wall-hugging or split-head designs.
