Our take on the Pursonic Aromatherapy Diffuser & Essential Oil Set 300ml

The Pursonic Aromatherapy Diffuser & Essential Oil Set pairs a 300ml ultrasonic diffuser with five oils: Rejuvenate, Breathe Easy, Deep Muscle Relief, Detox and Distress. The diffuser runs up to 7 hours of steady mist and shuts off automatically when the water runs low. It plugs into a wall outlet and is meant for any room. At $47.99 at Macy's as of November 7, 2026, it is the best new price among the two stores that list it.

What reviewers say

  • 2.3 / 516 ratings

Ratings are poor overall at 2.3 out of 5 from 16 ratings. Buyers of diffuser-and-oil sets like this most often judge the oils' scent strength and the diffuser's mist output, and the low score suggests those fell short for many.

Questions and answers

Is the Pursonic diffuser set worth $47.99?

What oils come in the set?

Can I buy refills of the oils?

Does it need to be plugged in?
Yes. It runs from a wall outlet power adapter, so place it near an outlet rather than moving it around.
