Is the Retroid Pocket 6 worth $329.99?

If you want Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 power in a pocketable AMOLED handheld, it is one of the few options. Casual players who stick to lighter systems can spend far less on older Retroid models.

How does it compare to the Retroid Pocket 5?

The Pocket 6 moves to a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with active cooling and adds Wi-Fi 7, so it sustains higher emulator settings. The Pocket 5 is cheaper and fine for lighter systems.

Can it output to a TV?

Yes. The USB-C port supports DisplayPort 4K at 60Hz, so a USB-C to HDMI or DisplayPort adapter gets it on a TV. No dock is included.

What comes in the box?

The console, a USB-C charging cable and an English user manual. You supply your own charger and any dock or case.

Does it have expandable storage?

Yes. It ships with 128GB or 256GB and has a TF card slot for more space for ROMs and games.
